Label owners, Luca & Anthony, disclose there reasons for the re-launch, "As with many things in life, sometimes it is necessary to take a break in order to revise the goal we originally set ourself towards a certain project. This was exactly the case with Supernature: Over two years ago we took a hiatus to concentrate on the sister label Flying Circus, whilst keeping in mind that one day we would feel the need (and the joy) to have Supernature running again with a renewed vision and some great music to boot.

The time has finally come and we’re more than happy to present you with the second phase of this great label that has helped us and many other artists to fly to new heights. I hope you enjoy what’s to come as much as we did putting it together again.

Supernature was first launched back in 2007, and swiftly established itself as a ‘go-to’ label, and also helping to establish many young producers & artists of the day, including Nick Curly, Solomun, Fabio Giannelli, Jay Haze, Martin Buttrich and many more. “Siente La Magia” EP by Brian Cid is released on Audiofly’s Supernature imprint from 21st September 2018.

SPN042 Brian Cid: Siente La Magia EP
Audiofly’s Supernature label makes a very welcome return after a two-year absence, with a stunning 4 track EP from Brian Cid. The Brooklyn-based DJ and producer has been turning heads these last few years, with stellar releases on labels like Lost & Found, Knee Deep In Sound and his own Endangered imprint, as well as enthralling DJ sets at Burning Man, BPM Festival, ADE and many more....

Across the four cuts on the Siente La Magia EP, Cid teases out brooding melodies and dark percussive rhythms. Middle Eastern influences are in play on ‘Aviv’ as the melodies drift over dense synth pads, whilst hypnotic keys and stammering hi-hats yield mesmerising results on ‘La Magica Existe’.

SPN043 Fluida: Togue Tab EP
Fluida, the UK based production duo, jump on board to help shape the next era of Supernature, the label formed by Audiofly back in 2007, and now re-launched for a new generation of dance music lovers.

The ‘Tongue Tab’ EP follows a slew of releases on Southern Fried Records, Get Physical and Ajunadeep, and their contribution to Supernature has the pair flexing their transcendental muscles!

Immersed in live hand percussion and mesmerizing melodies, the Fluida boys fashion out a heady and hypnotic vibe on ‘Tongue Tab’, whilst on ‘Even’, a darker tone is chartered with low end bass sweeps and large sonic soundscapes. ‘Lucid’ wraps up this fine trio of tracks with further explorations in live percussion, heady rhythms, otherworldly sound sculpture and appeasing harmonies.

SPN044 Superlounge - The Gardens Of Beirut EP
Superlounge, the German duo otherwise know as Oliver Fritsche and Alex Bach, kick start Supernature’s 2019 campaign with a dazzling two track single. With previous releases and remixes for All Day I Dream, Akbal Music and Soulfooled, the pair add to Supernature’s bustling roster with a brace of mesmerizing house tracks.

Minimal and melodc tracks with the power of an analog sound, this EP marks the first time this amazing duo releases under the Supernature flag, and we hope to see them back soon! Powerful and with support from artists like: Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J and Steve Bug to name a few! 

SPN045 Wild Dark - We Rise Together 
With two decades of musical experience behind them, Wild Dark continue to develop their enticing sounds and knack of crafting wide-eyed club tracks, and debut on Audiofly’s Supernature label with the ‘We Rise Together’ EP.

Three cuts altogether on their Supernature release; the spacey Italo disco edge of ‘Morning In Love’, the dense and brooding ‘We Rise Together’ and lazy groove and sitars to be heard in ‘Masquerade’, a trio of tracks with plenty of variety and moods that make for a superb EP from the guys!

SPN046 - Miyagi - Yoko My Yoko
Miyagi shines bright across a trio of new tracks for Supernature. The ‘Yoko My Yoko’ single finds the popular DJ/producer hit the sweet spot, with well produced and accomplished sounds on offer. With previous releases for labels such as Einmusika, Katermukke and his very own Lost Diaries label, Miyagi has been on the Supernature radar for some time.

Breezy percussion and enthralling melodies are at the center of title track “Yoko My Yoko”, as Miyagi builds the atmosphere expertly with layers of tones and gritty bass. “No Place Like X” deploys supple harmonies over hand percussive lead rhythms, its half-time breakdown adding to the drama, whilst “A Kyoto Night” keeps with the themes, offering up a more distinctly reflective and deeper piece.

SPN047 Birds Of Mind - E’na Pasione
The French duo with the midas touch, Birds Of Mind, unveil an EP on Audiofly’s recently rejuvenated Supernature label, that oozes sheer class. A lineup of remixers are also assembled, with super re-workings from Maga, Unders & Noraj Cue, and Raw Main. Birds Of Mind are the duo of Alex H & Adrian C. Having released their first single for the German label Under Your Skin in 2016, the guys are gone on to record for Francesca Lombardo’s ECHOLETTE label, Sabo’s Sol Selectas, and Klassified.

On “E’na Pasione” and “Paradise Lost”, the duo delivers their trademark deep, organic, electronic sounds, resplendent with ancient chants and tribal beats. Channeling their music through a clear spiritual path, Birds Of Mind craft out two glittering cuts here for the deeper dancefloors. Maga (Stil Vor Talent/Klassified) deploys melodic plucked strings and brooding bass on his remix of “E’na Pasione”, whilst Unders & Noraj Cue take on “Paradise Lost”, serving up a buoyant rhythm and inspiriting harmonies on their remix. Raw Main completes the package with a highly infectious take on “Paradise Lost” also.

SPN048 SINGLE  Namito - Panjere (Original Mix)
Iranian artist Namito’s talents know no bounds; the DJ & producer, who has long since Berlin his home, can also add audio mix engineer, label boss, painter and musical trailblazer to his credentials.

On his single release for Audiofly’s Supernature imprint, Namito delves deep on ‘Panjere’ for a mesmerizing track that owes as much to electronic pioneers like Kraftwerk as it does to the traditional melodies of his home country and the resolute rhythms of the more spiritualistic side of house music.

Having fled the troubles in his home country to Berlin, at the tender age of 13, Namito forged a deep connection with music, specifically electronic sounds, that paved the way to a, now legendary, DJ residency at the original Tresor club in the German city. 
On the production side, Namito has collaborated with some of the world’s best producers, and clocked up an impressive arsenal of releases for esteemed labels like Kompakt, Kling Klong, Systematic Recordings and Balance Music.

Brian Cid - El Verano De Tus Ojos EP (SPN049)
The Brooklyn based DJ & producer, Brian Cid, returns to Audiofly’s Supernature imprint with a trio of spellbinding cuts on the ‘El Verano De Tus Ojos’ EP. With past releases for the likes of Balance Music, Guy J’s Lost & Found, and Get Physical, Brian is certainly living up to the plaudits he has received of late, from the support by artists such as Pete Tong, Damian Lazarus, Hernan Cattaneo and Lee Burridge, to high praise from the likes of DJ Magazine and Billboard Dance, who proclaimed “(Cid has) undeniably proven himself an artist to watch in 2019”.

A brooding tone is set on the title track, ‘El Verano De Tus Ojos’, as Brian teases out shimmering percussive elements and squashed drum hits, as seismic melodies and a seductive vocal dialogue sit in an epic breakdown, unfolding into a mesmerising and sophisticated dancefloor warmer. Mystic vibes are very much in force on ‘Nebulae’, as an airy atmosphere is cemented over a muscular rhythm, whilst ‘Cazadores De Colores’ closes the EP with its chugging rhythm and electro-magnetic energy, its deft synth sequences reminiscent of Underworld’s classic ‘Rez’ in places.

With a new label/events project called Endangered just launched, the future is looking positively bright for Brian Cid.

Maga Momentum (SPN050)

Maga, the highly prolific DJ & producer from France, returns to Audiofly’s Supernature imprint with a new single, pairing up two delicious new tracks, and backed with a remix from Unders & Camiel Daamen. Always pushing his own limits when it comes to his musical prowess, Maga favours a fusion of melodic, minimal and strong energies, as can be heard on previous releases and remixes for Get Physical, The Gardens Of Babylon, and Flying Circus Recordings.

‘The Trap’, with its breezy, mystical melodies, and considered tempo, is a seductive affair. Deft percussion and a soft kick drum keep a warm atmosphere, whilst the ‘stop/start’ interplay keeps the mood playful.
Unders & Camiel Daamen feat Shishani, collaborate on the remix of ‘The Trap’, expanding and stretching the themes within the original mix, for a great reworking. A more techno centric mood is established, whilst remaining captivating and esoteric in equal measures.

‘Momentum’ keeps with the percussive theme, with a gentle and soft sound aesthetic, as a melodic refrain unfurls, and cosmic dialogue drifts over its breakdown, another highly polished production from Maga here!
